Richard has lived in the Hilltop Community since 1970. Now retired, he was Bursar and Mathematics Teacher at a local Grammar School, where in addition to his main job he claims to have introduced some 800 teenagers to the hills of Snowdonia. He is married to Jan who is also a Trustee and their two children were brought up in the Hilltop Community too. Richard has been a Trustee since 2001 and Treasurer since 2005. His interests include walking in Kent and in the Mountains of Wales, Travel, Reading, Fine Wines, Photography and singing in two Choirs.
