Rules Download Rules pdf document 1. The Hilltop Community Association (HCA) 100 Club Draw is run for the sole purpose of raising funds for Hilltop Community Association which is a registered charity. 2. Entry to the draw will be by tickets which will be priced at £2.00 per month, or at any other price as set by the HCA management committee. 3. The monthly draw will take place usually in St Faith's Hall, or such other location as agreed by the HCA management committee, and shall be open to viewing by any participant in the draw. 4. The prize totals may be changed at any time by the committee, but only in line with monies collected. 5. Any persons in arrears with their payment shall not be eligible for the draw whilst they are in arrears. 6. Payments may be made by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Cheque or Cash, and shall be made in advance of each draw. 7. There will be a monthly draw where the prizes will be:- 1st - £50 ; 2nd - £30 ; 3rd - £20 ; 4th - £10 Except for June & December draw where the prizes will be :- 1st - £100 ; 2nd - £60 ; 3rd - £40 ; 4th - £20 8. Once a number has been drawn, it shall not be re-entered into that months draw (only one prize per number per month). 9. All proceeds from draws will be paid directly into the HCA bank account and will be shown in the accounts. 10. Prizes will be paid by HCA cheque only, and will be payable only to the number holder of the winning ticket. 11. Should any prize cheque not be presented for payment within six months of its issue then the prize shall be deemed void and the amount re-introduced into the HCA accounts and will be shown as an anonymous donation. 12. The HCA Trustees committee will settle any dispute and the Chairpersons decision shall be final. |
